Effective April 1st, 2024, Actum is implementing pivotal changes to enhance the payment processes for all merchants. Detailed below are the updates:

Rolling Reserve Release Strategy

Starting April 1st, 2024, Actum will be initiating the release of all rolling reserves. All reserves will be released in your regular payouts over a 90-day period, aiming for the full reimbursement of all reserves by its conclusion. Actum will discontinue withholding reserves from all future transactions starting April 1st.

Payout Holding Period Reduction

The payout holding period will be reduced to 4 days, allowing for quicker access to your funds.

Fixed reserves

For merchants with fixed reserves, Actum will issue a one-time lump sum deposit of the total reserve amount on April 1st.

No action is required on your part as an Actum merchant for these changes to take effect.
