Record a Credit Note

The add credit Note is an option to record a payment but no actual charge is attempted.

This enables recording funds received via cash, money order, paper check, wire transfer, and other alternate methods.

Step 1.

From the Main menu, go to Record Credit Note

Step 2

Enter the amount paid and select whether the payment is:

  • submit againts the current Outstanding balance.
  • submit as an Extra Payment

Enter a Payment memo that would help you identify the payment easily

Step 3

"Review the Credit Note" and once confident that the details are correct, you may click on the "Add Credit Note" button
